General Terms and Conditions
Sawasdee Massage – hereinafter referred to as Sawasdee – does not provide medical massages/treatments.
If the client has any medical complaints, they should consult their doctor or specialist before undergoing treatment.
Sawasdee does not provide erotic massages. Requests during a treatment are not appreciated and may lead to termination of the treatment.
The client uses Sawasdee's services of their own free will and therefore cannot be held liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from participating in massage and/or treatments and/or using Sawasdee's services.
Intake and your health: If the client has any medical complaints, is being treated by a doctor or specialist, or is taking medication that affects their reaction time, the client must inform us of this. Important for women: If you are pregnant, or are about to become pregnant, you must inform us prior to the treatment.
The client remains responsible for communicating important health-related information to Sawasdee.
Your personal and/or medical information will never be shared with third parties without your written consent.
Sawasdee reserves the right to exclude a client from treatment. Sawasdee reserves the right to cancel an order if, in Sawasdee's opinion, the hygienic situation is not met.
Anyone who uses Sawasdee's services agrees to the terms and conditions.
Sawasdee is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of property, nor for accidents in and around the massage practice. Sawasdee is not liable if and to the extent that its agreements and/or other obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure. Force majeure is defined as any exceptional cause/circumstance that cannot reasonably be deemed to be Sawasdee's responsibility.
In the event of force majeure, Sawasdee has the right to suspend its obligations. Under no circumstances is Sawasdee obligated to pay any fines or damages.
The client must be present at the agreed location and time on time.
