Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Booking & Logistics

Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Yes, as I am a solo therapist, sessions are by appointment only. This ensures you receive my full, undivided attention.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Free parking is available directly at our location.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you need to cancel or reschedule, I would kindly ask you to let me know at least 1 day in advance. I do not charge a cancellation fee, but your early notice is greatly appreciated as it allows me to offer the time to another client.

2. During the Session
Q: I’m not sure which massage to choose. Can you help?
A: Absolutely! Every session starts with a brief consultation. I will analyze your muscle tension and recommend the best technique—whether it's Thai Oil, Cupping, or a blend of styles—to suit your needs.

Q: What should I wear for my massage session?
A: It depends on the treatment you choose:

  • For Traditional Thai Massage: Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing or sportswear (such as leggings or yoga pants) that allows for easy movement. We kindly ask you to avoid jeans or stiff fabrics to ensure the best results. Please note: I do not provide changing clothes at the shop.

  • For Oil Treatments: You may wear your own underwear. For your comfort and privacy, I use professional towel draping techniques to keep you warm and feel secure throughout the session.

Q: Will the massage be painful?
A: Communication is key. I adjust the pressure based on your comfort level and muscle feedback. You can always tell me to go softer or deeper.
